After a year of lockdowns, bio-terror, and censorship of treatments and natural health solutions, there was an explosion of covid-19 infection and subsequent autoimmune disease and inflammatory conditions. Despite the forced launch of an mRNA vaccine experiment, there was a sustained wave of breakthrough covid-19 infection and an increase of inflammatory diseases of both the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. The inhumane lockdowns, insidious protocols, and rigorous mitigation efforts ultimately had a negative effect on infectious disease risk and contributed to worse outcomes for individual health.
Researchers who study covid-19 infection have reported immunological features that resemble autoimmune diseases, including an over-activation of mature natural killer cells and CD8+ T cells and the dysregulation of B cells and T cells. SARS-CoV-2 infection is also associated with increased production of inflammatory cytokines, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-?, interleukin (IL)-1 and IL-6.
A study published in EClinicalMedicine found a threefold increase in autoimmune diseases following a clinically-confirmed covid-19 infection. Between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2021, 888,463 covid cases and 2,926,016 non-infected controls were compared, with a follow up period of 6 months. Those infected during that time were three times more likely to be diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Other immune system diseases were more common in the infected group, including ankylosing spondylitis, (3.21) systemic lupus erythematosus (2.99), dermatopolymyositis (1.96), systemic sclerosis (2.58), Sjögren’s syndrome (2.62), mixed connective tissue disease (3.14), Behçet’s disease (2.32), polymyalgia rheumatica (2.9), vasculitis, psoriasis (2.91), inflammatory bowel disease (1.78), celiac disease (2.68), and type 1 diabetes mellitus (2.68).
A study published in JAMA Network Open, found even more chronic inflammatory health issues after covid-19 infection. This data was collected between Oct 8, 2020 and Dec 31, 2021 from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency COVID-19 National Health Insurance Service. The study included 354,527 individuals who were infected with covid-19 and 6,134,940 individuals who were not infected. The individuals were followed for about four months. Those infected with covid-19 during that time were at increased risk of developing immune system diseases, including the following: alopecia areata (spot baldness) 1.12 times, alopecia totalis (complete baldness) 1.74 times, Crohn’s disease 1.68 times, sarcoidosis (tiny collections of inflammatory cell growth) 1.59 times, and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis 2.76 times. Many of those infected suffered from an excessive cytokine storm, which led to a prolonged autoimmune response that triggered the underlying pathophysiology for each disease. Public health protocols should be focused on treating the cytokine storm and mitigating the lifestyle and consumption habits that encourage an over-reactive immune response.
A research review published in Antiviral Functional Foods and Exercise Lifestyle Prevention of Coronavirus documents a few strategies to modulate the immune system and prevent an over-reactive immune response during an inevitable infection. The researchers recommend moderate intensity exercise, including strength training, balance and control exercises, stretching, walking, lunges, sit-ups, yoga, and stair climbing for 200 to 400 minutes per week. These activities are associated with a healthy immune response.
The researchers also recommend a diet rich in vitamins and minerals, including fruits, vegetables, olive oil, fish, nuts, and legumes. On top of that, the researchers recommend other functional foods, herbs, roots, seeds, and berries that contain polyphenols, terpenes, alkaloids, flavonoids, sterols, pigments, and unsaturated fatty acids. This combination of whole foods and herbs provides anti-inflammatory benefits that help the body properly fight an infection.
The government and public health response to all this infectious and chronic disease has been more of the same suffering – more control, more isolation, more oxygen deprivation, and more injections of the same causative agent that is causing inflammation and autoimmune reactions.
Stay-at-home orders should have been replaced with public health initiatives that promoted exercise, sunlight, and fresh air. Instead of cheering on lockdowns, public health officials and media outlets should have published the answers for mounting a healthy immune response to an inevitable infection. Insidious six-foot social distancing rules should have been replaced with public education on the nutrients, minerals, antioxidants, and various antiviral phytonutrients that help people mount an immune response to inevitable infection. Instead, the engineered SARS-CoV-2 infection and all its mutations were allowed to terrorize the population and take advantage of a malnourished herd that has been poisoned, indoctrinated, and dumbed down over the years.
